Community Enterprises Opens 21st Branch in Enid, OK
June 16, 2014 marked the first day of operation at our newest location. Liberty Healthcare of Oklahoma has contracted with Community Enterprises to provide employment and training services for up to 64 individuals with disabilities. Community Enterprises, is happy to announce the hiring of our Enid start-up team; Joanne Carrube Program Supervisor, Walt Morris, Dana Kennedy, Vicki Ebbs Senior Employment Coordinators and Steve Boily Job Coach.

The start-up has been amazing we were able to secure a government contract for our Janitorial Training Program named: The “Clean Team””
Community Enterprises of Oklahoma’s Janitorial Services Training Program has a duration of 500 hours/20 weeks.
This program is specifically designed for individuals with disabilities. Participants receive hands-on training on the latest cleaning techniques using state-of-the-art equipment. Training includes instruction on safety protocol and customer service skills. Program graduates are well-equipped for entry-level positions in custodial services and building maintenance.
Our Janitorial Services Training Program is a time-limited, systematic training in the field of janitorial services with a focus on the needs of people with behavioral health and/or intellectual disabilities. The program consists of classroom teaching combined with hands-on training and work experience using rehabilitation and behavioral techniques. Participants attend daily for approximately five hours a day.
Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will have skills to work as a Janitor or Housekeeper. Employment will occur through the development of supported Janitorial “Clean Team” crews.
Community Enterprises has also established a work center and successfully secured a variety of assembly and packaging jobs through PT Couplings of Enid. Special thanks goes out to Andy Ingles from PT Couplings for his support and help in securing work for individuals with disabilities in the greater Enid area.
